Location: Must be based in the United Arab Emirates with a hybrid working model and frequent travel to client sites.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive long-term sales growth and profitability.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, including negotiation and closing of B2B contracts.
  • Conduct regular client catch-up meetings and report on software usage and value.
  • Collaborate with technical solutions specialists to assess and prioritize pipeline opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records and forecasting within the CRM system.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform internal product development and value propositions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software or geoscience sales.
  • Native or proficient Arabic speaker.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in enterprise environments.
  • Strong capability in solution selling and robust account planning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Turkish language.
  • Proficiency in French language.
