Focus on building portfolios of top-tier AV integrators, optimizing distribution channels, and closing high-value AV sales campaigns.
Location: Remote - Dubai (UAE). Role requires approximately 70% travel across the Middle East and Africa region.

What you will do
- Build and manage a portfolio of top-tier Commercial AV partners and distributors in the MEA region.
- Identify, onboard, and develop channel partners including integrators, consultants, and end customers.
- Optimize distribution channels by onboarding Value Added and sub-distributors across key verticals.
- Drive growth in share of wallet for wireless access points and managed switches supported by cloud solutions.
- Negotiate agreements, create proposals, and maintain strong customer relationships to meet annual targets.
- Deliver product training to partners and collaborate with internal Sales, Marketing, and Tech Support teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales and partner account management within the AV industry.
- Deep understanding of AV over IP and the role of switches and access points in the market.
- Proven track record of closing high-value AV sales campaigns and maintaining C-suite relationships.
- Existing network of Value Added Distributors, Systems Integrators, and Consultants across MEA.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Ability to travel approximately 70% of the time.

- Experience working with Salesforce.
- Fluency in French.
