What you will do

  • Develop and deliver sales training programs, onboarding plans, and skill-development initiatives including structured workshops and knowledge-sharing forums.
  • Establish sales enablement calendar with quarterly training sprints and role-based sessions on solution selling, CRM usage, and competitive positioning.
  • Implement pipeline governance, monitor health metrics like coverage and velocity, and enforce CRM data quality standards.
  • Support deal qualification, reviews, and execution by applying criteria, facilitating approvals, and removing operational roadblocks.
  • Manage client portal onboarding, access controls, and compliance across Sales, Delivery, and Operations teams.
  • Bridge Sales with Marketing, Product, Finance, and Delivery through operational alignment, forecast calls, and cross-functional meetings.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or commercial operations in B2B technology or cybersecurity.
  • Track record developing sales training programs and onboarding new hires.
  • Expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM governance with strong data hygiene skills.
  • Analytical proficiency in sales reporting, dashboards using CRM/BI tools, advanced Excel.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills with PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive in fast-paced environment.
