What you will do

• Act as the translation layer between field teams (Renewals/CS) and technical teams to develop a ground-level understanding of operations.
• Surface pain points and bottlenecks through structured discovery, interviews, and workflow audits.
• Map current-state workflows and prioritize improvement opportunities based on business impact and strategic alignment.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Revenue Strategy, Operations, and Enterprise Technology.
• Manage and optimize the tools ecosystem, including Salesforce, QuadSci, and Trig.ai.
• Evaluate new tool requests and build business cases for necessary investments.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, or process improvement.
• Proven track record of translating ambiguous operational problems into structured requirements.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams (Engineering or IT) using agile or product development workflows.
• Must be based in San Francisco to adhere to the office-centric hybrid schedule.
• Strong understanding of AI CSM tools and curiosity about emerging technologies.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
