What you will do

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, data teams, and AI specialists to identify tangible business value.
• Facilitate discovery workshops to identify and structure AI opportunities.
• Translate business challenges into clear functional and AI-related requirements.
• Assess AI/data maturity and build business cases to prioritize AI initiatives.
• Advise on governance, compliance, and responsible AI practices, including GDPR and the EU AI Act.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in business analysis, data & analytics, consulting, or as a product owner.
• Proven experience defining AI roadmaps and translating business needs into technical requirements.
• Strong stakeholder management, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Deep understanding of Traditional, Generative, and Agentic AI capabilities.
• Familiarity with AI governance and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and the EU AI Act.
• Proficiency in English and either Dutch or French.
