What you will do

• Map end-to-end cross-functional workflows across IT, Support, Finance, HR, and Engineering to capture tribal knowledge and undocumented decision points.
• Implement automations directly using low-code/no-code platforms such as Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, and agentic AI tooling.
• Write light scripts in Python, JavaScript, and SQL to integrate SaaS systems via REST APIs and webhooks.
• Design and configure agent guardrails, evaluation prompts, and feedback loops to ensure graceful failure.
• Manage the phased delivery lifecycle: moving workflows from sandbox shadow mode to supervised production and finally steady state.
• Establish baseline measurements and report the measurable manual-effort reduction to IT leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years combined experience in business analysis, automation/low-code implementation, and project management.
• Proven ability to map complex cross-functional workflows and produce specifications that an agent or engineer can act on.
• Hands-on experience building automations in at least two of: Salesforce Flow, Power Automate, n8n, or Zapier-class platforms.
• Direct experience shipping an AI workflow to production with a measured before-and-after comparison.
• Must be based in the US and able to work EST/CST business hours.
• Strong communication skills for articulating technical tradeoffs to both engineering and executive audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce administration and Salesforce Flow at scale.
• Hands-on work with LLM-backed assistants, Salesforce Agentforce, or MCP-style integrations.
• SQL fluency and familiarity with REST APIs.
• Experience in a serial-acquirer or multi-business-unit software company.
• Familiarity with ITIL or PMP disciplines.
