Salary: £110,000 - £140,000 / €110,000 - €140,000 basic

What you will do
- Build and manage an outbound enterprise pipeline targeting decision-makers in Security, HR, IT, and Finance.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to signed contract, driving deals through procurement and legal independently.
- Develop long-term customer relationships post-close to identify expansion opportunities and ensure retention.
- Define the ICP, build outreach playbooks, and develop a regional GTM strategy with a high degree of autonomy.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to feed market insights directly into the product roadmap.
Requirements
- Must be based in Europe and able to work from company hubs regularly.
- Proven track record of winning and expanding enterprise accounts in high-growth or 0-to-1 environments.
- Existing network of senior decision-makers in Security, HR, IT, Procurement, or Finance at enterprise companies.
- Ability to operate self-sufficiently without dedicated sales engineering or sales ops support.
- Strong commercial and strategic acumen to build data-driven business cases for finance-minded buyers.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for high ownership of a region, pipeline, and quota.
