TL;DR

Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing and expanding enterprise-level customer accounts with an accent on cross-selling and upselling security awareness training and AI-driven defense solutions. Focus on building strategic relationships with C-level stakeholders, achieving aggressive sales quotas, and driving ARR growth within a large-scale book of business.

Location: Must be based in the Washington DC Metro Area (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Promote and sell the full suite of security products to enterprise organizations with 1501+ employees.
  • Develop and manage a pipeline of cross-sale, add-on, and upgrade opportunities within assigned accounts.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers, including CISOs and security teams, to articulate value propositions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Renewal Specialists to increase product adoption and account commitment.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, demos, and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly sales quotas through strategic account planning and consultative selling.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Proven track record of selling $500K+ deals in the enterprise segment.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-year deals with multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives.
  • English proficiency required.
  • Technical aptitude with experience using CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
  • General understanding of security concepts such as IAM, SIEM, EDR, and Zero Trust Architecture.

Nice to have

  • Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, IT, Business, or Marketing.
  • Network+ or Security+ certification.
  • Competitive sports or collegiate athlete background.
