What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Re-engage customers with low engagement and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to address gaps and drive long-term retention.
  • Own and consistently exceed revenue targets through proactive account expansion.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams using Salesforce for pipeline and activity management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.
  • Must be based in Miami, FL

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients, preferably in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
