What you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of SMB accounts to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Re-engage customers with low engagement and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular outreach and business reviews.
- Monitor product usage and adoption metrics to address gaps and drive long-term retention.
- Own and consistently exceed revenue targets through proactive account expansion.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Sales teams using Salesforce for pipeline and activity management.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in an account management or relationship-focused sales role.
- Must be based in Miami, FL
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B sales managing SMB or Mid-market clients, preferably in SaaS or technology.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Experience using Salesforce CRM.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities.
