Collections Analyst

What you will do

• Monitor customer accounts to identify and address outstanding invoices.
• Proactively contact clients to encourage timely payments and resolve overdue accounts.
• Investigate historical invoice data and collaborate with the billing team to settle discrepancies.
• Analyze aging reports and report weekly on collection activity and accounts receivable status.
• Maintain accurate records of account status and collection efforts.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance collection efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Collections Analyst or in a similar accounting role.
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Salesforce Billing, NetSuite, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and collection regulations.
