Location: Must be based in Westlake, TX (Hybrid; Wednesdays in the office)

What you will do
- Collect past-due or delinquent customer accounts via phone and email.
- Negotiate and arrange payment plans for customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding invoices and provide necessary documentation.
- Escalate disputes to Dispute Analysts and manage unresolved accounts.
- Collaborate with sales, billing, and cash applications teams to resolve account issues.
- Conduct monthly reviews of outstanding balances and recommend actions to leadership.
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required.
- Minimum of 6 months of collections experience required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work additional evening and weekend hours during month-end and year-end accounting periods.
Nice to have
- B2B collections experience.
- Experience with Salesforce.
- Advanced Excel skills.
