What you will do

  • Manage trade spend, promotions, and rebate budgets, analyzing monthly execution and variances against plan.
  • Validate and control customer balances, ensuring accuracy across commercial terms, provisions, and credit notes.
  • Review and manage customer contracts monthly to verify compliance and ensure accurate financial recording.
  • Support the monthly financial closing process through commercial account reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Prepare quarterly and annual forecasts for revenue, discounts, promotions, and margins.
  • Collaborate with Sales, AR, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate execution of commercial agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Engineering.
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales Finance, FP&A, or Commercial Finance focused on trade spend or revenue management.
  • Prior experience in FMCG, retail, or multinational companies with complex commercial structures.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including financial modeling, macros, and complex formulas.
  • Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools (Tableau) and Salesforce for promotion tracking.
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP and a solid understanding of P&L and SOX internal control policies.
