What you will do

• Assist in risk assessment, scoping, and planning for the annual SOX cycle.
• Perform process walkthroughs with business and IT stakeholders to document systems, risks, and controls.
• Execute design and operating effectiveness testing for financial, IT general, and automated controls.
• Identify control deficiencies and partner with process owners on sustainable remediation.
• Improve monitoring by applying data analytics and AI via Power BI, Copilot, and Power Automate.
• Stay current on audit and technology developments to flag emerging risks in automation and AI.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of public accounting or internal audit experience (public accounting strongly preferred).
• CPA, CIA, CISA certification, or actively pursuing one.
• Working knowledge of internal controls and SOX Section 404.
• Must be based in the US.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, entertainment, or software industries.
• Exposure to revenue recognition or software development processes.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP, AuditBoard, Power BI, Copilot, Power Automate, or Azure DevOps.
