Staff Auditor

What you will do

• Collect and evaluate compliance requirements, policies, and regulations across diverse business processes.
• Assess process and control information using test procedures and relevant frameworks like COSO.
• Prepare detailed audit work papers using electronic audit software to ensure compliance with IIA standards.
• Assist in performing audit work and documentation for external auditors during SOX and SSAE 18 engagements.
• Communicate project status to management and act as an audit liaison for other company areas.
• Mentor audit team members and interns while participating in policy improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a similar field required.
• Up to 2 years of professional experience in audit, accounting, or quality assurance.
• Ability to analyze data and understand financial statement internal controls.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Interest in obtaining professional certifications such as CPA, CIA, CFSA, or CRMA.
