Staff Auditor

Salary: $70,500–$120,000

What you will do

• Execute audit steps by assessing risks, testing controls, and identifying process deficiencies.
• Perform and document walkthroughs in partnership with business and control owners.
• Complete assigned audit work according to established milestones and deadlines.
• Assist in the preparation of audit programs, risk assessments, and work papers.
• Present findings to audit management and business stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance audit process efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 1 to 3 years of internal or external audit experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong analytical, independent, and objective thinking skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word).

Nice to have

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Experience with audit software such as TeamMate.
