What you will do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize account penetration and renewals.
- Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned mid-market territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and position the full solution portfolio effectively.
- Coordinate virtual account teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and forecasting.
Requirements
- Native-level German language skills required.
- Professional-level English proficiency (C1) required.
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in technology or information services.
- Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of sales quota.
- Experience in consultative, competitive sales environments with deal sizes of €10K+.
- Ability to travel for customer meetings as required.
Nice to have
- Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or statistical software.
- Background in selling enterprise software to industrial or manufacturing organizations.
- Bachelor’s degree.
