What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to maximize account penetration and renewals.
  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned mid-market territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive, technical, and business stakeholders.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and position the full solution portfolio effectively.
  • Coordinate virtual account teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records, pipeline management, and forecasting.

Requirements

  • Native-level German language skills required.
  • Professional-level English proficiency (C1) required.
  • 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience in technology or information services.
  • Proven track record of achieving 100%+ of sales quota.
  • Experience in consultative, competitive sales environments with deal sizes of €10K+.
  • Ability to travel for customer meetings as required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in business intelligence, analytics, or statistical software.
  • Background in selling enterprise software to industrial or manufacturing organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
