What you will do
- Lead the entire sales cycle from qualified prospect handover to successful closing.
- Analyze customer needs and position tailored solutions from a multi-benefit portfolio to decision-makers.
- Conduct product demos, manage proposal processes, and handle contract negotiations.
- Utilize CRM tools (HubSpot or Dynamics) for structured, data-driven pipeline management.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during the acquisition phase.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Account Management to ensure smooth customer handovers.
Requirements
- Several years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, platforms, or complex solution sales.
- Proven track record of closing deals and a strong hunter mentality.
- Fluent in German (C2).
- Proficiency with CRM tools like HubSpot or Dynamics.
- Ability to navigate complex decision-making processes strategically.
