Location: Hybrid; must be based in a location allowing for office attendance at least 3 days per week (Offices in Germany, UK, France, Netherlands, or Poland).

What you will do
- Manage the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery calls, demos, negotiating, and closing.
- Target the Small Medium Business segment (1-2000 employees) in Switzerland, Austria, and Eastern Europe.
- Conduct thorough research to understand customer challenges and present the value of .
- Influence key internal and external stakeholders to drive the sales process forward.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan for the target market.
- Conduct face-to-face customer visits within the assigned territory.
Requirements
- Fluent in German.
- 2+ years of closing experience in a sales role with a proven track record of success.
- Experience building relationships and selling to executives at all levels.
- Proficiency in using repeatable methods for identifying untapped opportunities and expanding territories.
- Ability to work from an assigned office a minimum of 3 days per week.

- Fluent in Polish.
