TL;DR
Account Manager (SaaS): Managing and growing existing client business for an event management platform with an accent on customer retention and account growth. Focus on driving product adoption, conducting onboarding and demos, and identifying expansion opportunities within a B2B portfolio.
Location: Remote (Must be able to accommodate CET working hours)
Compensation: Up to 110k EUR OTE

What you will do
- Manage a pipeline of existing customers to achieve Net Revenue Retention and Account Retention targets.
- Act as the primary contact for professional event planners and marketers from various organizations.
- Lead initial onboarding, strategy conversations, and long-term relationship building for 60+ accounts.
- Conduct regular product demos, training sessions, and account-level debriefs to drive adoption.
- Prospect for growth and upsell opportunities within the existing client base.
- Coordinate project delivery by collaborating with graphics, support, and product teams.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in B2B Sales and Event Management, preferably in SaaS.
- Fluency in English and German is required.
- Ability to work according to CET (Central European Time) working hours.
- Experience with event technology including registration, event apps, badges, and AV solutions.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets through upsells and growth.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce.

- Prior experience providing in-person support or on-site services.
