What you will do

• Develop and drive the launch management framework and global launch playbook.
• Lead cross-functional brand teams to ensure strategic alignment and launch readiness.
• Implement launch metrics and tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and impact.
• Facilitate issue resolution, risk management, and contingency planning across workstreams.
• Capture lessons learned from pre- and post-launch assessments to drive continuous improvement.
• Serve as a primary connection point between Global, Regional, and US launch teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of commercial experience in biopharma, biotech, or life sciences consulting.
• Proven track record of managing and leading in a matrix environment.
• Strong leadership skills with experience developing and upskilling team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with executive presence.
• Ability to influence senior leaders across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance.
• Must be authorized to work in the US and able to commute to Bridgewater, NJ for in-person collaboration.
