Salary: $120,700 – $194,040

What you will do

  • Provide subject matter expertise to product teams to evaluate and launch new product offerings.
  • Manage customer relationships, including user onboarding and the optimization of nursing workflows.
  • Establish and lead a council of nurse advisors to guide the product strategy and roadmap.
  • Define success metrics and end-user surveys to measure and communicate product impact.
  • Create sales collateral and conduct product demos to evangelize platform capabilities to prospective customers.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as an RN, preferably in an inpatient setting.
  • Experience with electronic record systems (Epic is a definite plus).
  • Proven track record of leading successful initiatives from conception through launch.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare clinical workflows and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
