Salary: $117,510 – $172,337 plus discretionary bonuses.

What you will do
- Sell new business and new applications within the assigned territory.
- Develop and implement sales plans for new opportunities, including documentation of ROI and value delivery.
- Establish and maintain an accurate sales funnel using SFDC.
- Manage account profitability, including pricing and accounts receivable.
- Review territory applications and processes for safety improvements.
- Drive customer satisfaction to ensure optimal retention and business growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical, engineering, or science-related field.
- 10+ years of experience in water treatment, preferably in the industrial market segment.
- Must be able to travel throughout the West Coast.
- Demonstrated success in developing high-performing individuals and teams.
- Strong financial and business expertise with a track record of achieving profitable long-term relationships.
- Expertise in using data and analytics to guide strategic and tactical decisions.
