NOC Engineer III (Juniper)

Focus on maintaining high service availability, meeting strict MTTR targets, and coordinating complex fault resolution across internal and external teams.

What you will do

• Perform detailed fault analysis and triage on core IP and DCN networks.
• Monitor internal and external networks within a multi-vendor environment.
• Manage fault identification, logging, and resolution to meet strict SLAs.
• Coordinate access for suppliers and dispatch support teams as needed.
• Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders and external customers.
• Generate key metrics and reports for senior operations leadership.

Requirements

• Professional level of English required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with Juniper or Cisco routing equipment.
• Strong knowledge of IP and Ethernet protocols including BGP, MPLS, and Spanning Tree.
• 2–4 years of proven NOC experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Demonstrated customer service and effective communication skills.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Nice to have

• Experience with DWDM, Fibre, and Optical equipment.
• Proficiency in an additional European language.
