Location: Hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria (Office attendance required Tuesday to Thursday)

What you will do

• Monitor the global network and resolve network events to ensure maximum uptime.
• Provide escalation support for Customer Support Specialists and other internal business units.
• Plan, manage, and implement network changes prescribed by engineering and third-party suppliers.
• Maintain technical relationships with vendors and oversee remote contractors.
• Troubleshoot network, portal, and account issues using a variety of monitoring tools.
• Analyze data to report on trends and adhere to operations processing KPIs.

Requirements

• CCNA or JNCIA certification.
• Professional experience in network incident resolution or network infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental networking and software concepts.
• Experience and understanding of fibre optic networks.
• Ability to operate effectively within a globally dispersed team environment.
• Must be based in Sofia, Bulgaria for a hybrid work model (Office Tue-Thu).

Nice to have

• Experience with scripting or coding.
