What you will do

• Diagnose and resolve complex network and customer issues using monitoring tools.
• Perform remote troubleshooting and manage network changes prescribed by engineering teams.
• Provide escalation support for technical teams and ensure timely resolution of critical alerts.
• Collaborate with global teams, vendors, and suppliers to resolve complex scenarios.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and long-term preventive solutions.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation to enhance team knowledge and service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in network support or infrastructure (ISP, cloud, or data center).
• CCNA or JNCIA certification (or equivalent) required.
• Strong proficiency with networking protocols including MPLS, OSPF, and BGP.
• Deep understanding of network infrastructure (VLANs, switching, routing, optical networking).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
