What you will do

• Lead the technical strategy, governance, and security roadmap for Google Workspace Enterprise.
• Establish scalable standards for Gmail, Drive, Vault, and Chrome Management.
• Advance automation-first operations using Python, APIs, and Git-based workflows.
• Partner with Security, Compliance, and Identity teams to implement scalable controls.
• Mentor teammates and improve technical documentation and engineering maturity.
• Ensure audit readiness and maintain high operational standards across the enterprise.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience owning enterprise SaaS platforms in a technical operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Workspace Enterprise or similar collaboration platforms.
• Strong understanding of enterprise governance, security controls, and IAM tools like Okta or Entra ID.
• Proficiency in scripting, automation, and Git-based version control practices.
• Ability to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
