What you will do

• Manage the full sales cycle for surgical lights, booms, tables, and infection control equipment.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed territory revenue targets.
• Cultivate strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and key stakeholders.
• Provide ROI analysis and business cases to justify product purchases.
• Coordinate product demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support.
• Track and report sales opportunities and forecasting data accurately.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of medical device or capital sales experience.
• Experience selling directly to physicians and hospitals.
• Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to have

• Experience working within an Operating Room (OR) environment.
• Proven track record of success in a matrixed sales organization.
