TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (Medtech): Building a high-quality pipeline for enterprise healthcare accounts with an accent on consultative outbound prospecting and multi-stakeholder engagement. Location: Must be based in New York City (Hybrid: 3-4 days per week in office).
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 base salary + equity + commission.

What you will do
- Prospect into target hospital and health system accounts using thoughtful outbound strategies.
- Research organizational structures, leadership, and operational pressures to build a point of view.
- Engage multiple personas including clinical operations, finance, and IT at the C-suite level.
- Craft personalized, insight-led outreach to earn executive attention.
- Partner with Account Executives to execute account plans for priority targets.
- Maintain rigorous account intelligence and data hygiene in Salesforce.
Requirements
- Must be based in New York City and able to work in a hybrid model.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales, SDR/BDR, or high-activity communication roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
- High coachability and a strong ownership mindset.
- Comfort with structured processes, CRM hygiene, and activity expectations.
- Grit and consistency in handling rejection and ambiguity.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS outbound prospecting.
- Exposure to healthcare, hospitals, or clinical workflows.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Gong Engage, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Experience prospecting into named accounts or multi-persona buying groups.
