Salary: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

What you will do

  • Lead technical discovery to uncover customer pain points, integration needs, and success criteria.
  • Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to business outcomes.
  • Serve as a technical advisor for architecture discussions, security conversations, and technical validation.
  • Own and support proof-of-concept (PoC) and pilot engagements from scope definition to execution.
  • Respond to technical queries in sales cycles, RFIs, and RFPs.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to relay field feedback and improve enablement materials.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical pre-sales.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience leading product demos and technical evaluations in a SaaS or enterprise software environment.
  • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, enterprise architecture, and SDLC fundamentals.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
  • Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL

Nice to have

  • Experience with decision automation, workflow, or rules engines.
  • Industry experience in insurance, financial services, healthcare, or government sectors.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools.
