TL;DR

Partner Sales Manager (AI/SaaS): Managing and growing a portfolio of strategic CX Integrators and Regional Systems Integrators across North America with an accent on pipeline generation and co-selling. Focus on driving complex enterprise sales cycles, orchestrating deal execution, and building scalable partner offerings.

Location: Must be based in North America; Remote or Hybrid depending on location (New York Office).

Salary: $140,000 - $175,000 USD (OTE)

What you will do

  • Grow relationships with CX and Regional Systems Integrators to drive performance and accountability.
  • Execute joint business plans, including GTM strategies, pipeline targets, and enablement.
  • Generate pipeline through account mapping and joint prospecting with internal sales teams.
  • Lead partner-sourced and influenced enterprise deals from initiation to close.
  • Orchestrate deal execution across Sales, Solution Engineering, and Professional Services.
  • Enable partners to scale offerings around the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

  • Must be based in North America.
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or enterprise sales within SaaS, CCaaS, or cloud ecosystems.
  • Experience working with CX Integrators or consulting firms in a co-sell motion.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Strong operator mindset focused on execution and pipeline generation.
  • Experience contributing to GTM strategies or partner offerings.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with Microsoft and/or SAP ecosystems.
