Salary: $127,000 – $211,000 per year

What you will do
- Own partner performance within the region, taking direct accountability for revenue, pipeline, and activity-based KPIs.
- Recruit new targeted growth partners and develop strategic teaming and engagement models.
- Create joint business plans with defined booking targets, investment areas, and measurable outcomes.
- Develop and execute regional GTM strategies aligned with growth priorities and local market opportunities.
- Support partners in opportunity creation through demand generation programs and sales enablement.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Field Sales, Systems Engineering, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless partner experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within the SaaS or enterprise technology sector.
- Proven ability to drive revenue through partners with a strong understanding of KPI-based management.
- Experience building GTM plans and conducting QBRs.
- Strong communication skills with executive presence and the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Must be based in Texas, Washington, or Florida.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
