Salary: $167,000–$245,000

What you will do

• Own the strategy and execution of core IT operations, including identity, endpoint management, and corporate infrastructure.
• Lead, hire, and grow a high-performing IT team with an engineering-first mindset.
• Partner with CISO and Security teams to ensure all services meet safety and compliance standards.
• Implement AI-native tools and automation to improve internal productivity and employee workflows.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and budget planning.
• Serve as the executive sponsor for major IT initiatives and large-scale migrations.

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 7-8 years in a senior leadership role.
• Must be based in the US.
• Deep hands-on experience with modern IT infrastructure, including identity and access management and cloud collaboration platforms.
• Proven experience embedding AI tools and automation into IT operations.
• Strong background in managing budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience leading IT or corporate engineering at a remote-first or high-growth technology company.
• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI agents into IT or employee workflows.
• Familiarity with modern cloud-based stacks like Okta and Jamf.
