Salary: $204,000 - $255,000 per year

What you will do

• Define and execute the global IT strategy, serving as a technology partner to business and engineering leadership.
• Lead and develop teams across IT Infrastructure, Enterprise Applications, and IT Support.
• Partner with the AI Committee to define and implement an internal AI strategy and deployment framework.
• Drive the adoption of AI technologies across non-technical teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Establish and track KPIs for system uptime, ticket resolution, and infrastructure performance.
• Manage IT vendor relationships, budget planning, and enterprise governance, risk, and compliance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a senior role within a SaaS or technology environment.
• Must be based in or able to work from the NYC or Raleigh office.
• Not eligible for visa sponsorship.
• Demonstrated fluency in the current AI tool landscape and experience shipping AI-powered workflows.
• Executive-level experience presenting multi-year IT strategies to C-suite and Board-level stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in enterprise platforms (Okta, AWS, GCP, Azure) and automation tools (Workato, Boomi, MuleSoft).
