Salary: $127,000 – $184,500 per Year

What you will do

• Act as the subject matter expert for collaboration platforms (Google Workspace, Slack), defining the technical strategy and roadmap.
• Own solutioning for incident and alert management platforms (FireHydrant, OpsGenie) by building integrations and automated workflows.
• Develop robust process automations using Python, JavaScript, and platform APIs to eliminate repetitive manual tasks.
• Design and automate identity and lifecycle workflows (onboarding/offboarding) using Okta, SSO, and SCIM.
• Drive the adoption of Enterprise AI and productivity tools (Claude, low-code/no-code platforms) in partnership with Security and Engineering.
• Manage SaaS spend and licensing optimization using data-driven insights and build-vs-buy analysis.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in IT, software engineering, or systems engineering with a focus on enterprise applications and automation.
• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace and Slack at scale.
• Strong proficiency in scripting (Python, JavaScript/Google Apps Script) and building integrations via APIs and webhooks.
• Experience with identity and access management (IAM) and lifecycle automation using Okta or similar tooling.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures and experience with a major cloud platform (AWS or GCP).
• Must be based in Mountain View, CA for a hybrid work arrangement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform), CI/CD pipelines, and version control (GitHub).
• Familiarity with Enterprise AI tools such as Gemini or Claude.
• Relevant certifications from Google Workspace, Okta, or Atlassian.
• Broad SaaS administration experience including cost-governance and license management.
