Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year

What you will do

• Administer and improve IAM systems using Okta authentication policies and user lifecycle automation.
• Manage global office network infrastructure including Meraki and Palo Alto hardware, secure wireless, and VPN.
• Oversee the device management platform to ensure consistent configuration and security policies.
• Build and maintain monitoring and alerting for critical IT systems and document disaster recovery runbooks.
• Implement infrastructure-as-code and use AI tooling to automate tasks and reduce manual toil.
• Lead the IT roadmap and handle high-level support requests to drive systemic improvements.

Requirements

• 4-6+ years of experience in IT engineering, system administration, and network management.
• Proficiency in macOS, Windows, and Linux.
• Strong understanding of IAM principles (SSO, SCIM, MFA) and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with enterprise device management and endpoint security.
• Must be based in or able to work in Somerville, MA (Hybrid, 3+ days/week in office).
