What you will do
- Drive strategy for enterprise IT services, end user computing, and IT operations across US and Mexico.
- Increase ITSM process maturity across request and asset management, and modernize endpoint management and the end user technology experience.
- Own desktop, mobile, and endpoint experience, including standardization of Windows and Apple endpoint management (Intune, JAMF) and zero-touch provisioning.
- Lead service delivery and IT service desk operations, improving SLA discipline, knowledge management, and self-service capabilities.
- Partner with ServiceNow product on platform capability and roadmap to ensure ITSM processes are supported by the platform.
- Lead and develop manager-level leadership across US and Mexico operations, including talent strategy, succession planning, and performance management.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive technology leadership experience in IT operations, end user computing, or IT services.
- 4+ years leading multi-disciplinary IT organizations, including managers and senior individual contributors.
- Demonstrated track record leading IT modernization, M&A integration, or service maturity transformation.
- Strong expertise in end user computing across Windows and Apple platforms.
- Strong working knowledge of endpoint management platforms (Intune, JAMF, Workspace ONE) and enterprise productivity platforms (Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Experience operating IT services across multiple geographies, including international locations; experience operating in or with Mexico is required.
