What you will do

• Develop software for embedded controls systems in High Voltage Energy Transfer.
• Implement physics and controls requirements for mechatronic controls and diagnostics.
• Verify functionality at controller, system, and vehicle levels using automated test tools.
• Apply BDD and TDD methodologies to ensure software built-in quality.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and non-technical stakeholders to promote early bug detection.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Electronic, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science.
• 5+ years of experience as a Software or Controls Engineer (or 3+ years with a Master's degree).
• 3+ years of experience with C programming and embedded controls.
• 2+ years of experience with Matlab Simulink and electrified vehicle controls.
• Must be based in or be able to work from Milford, Michigan (Hybrid).
