Salary: $128,470–$192,710

What you will do

• Develop machine software features and integrate models and libraries into flash files.
• Manage configuration and calibration data integration.
• Assign and oversee software development tasks for the engineering team.
• Develop test plans and perform software validation.
• Identify and resolve software defects while conducting code reviews.
• Mentor junior engineers and student interns.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related curriculum.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Must work onsite 5 days a week in Mossville, IL.
• Proven experience with model-based development using Matlab/Simulink.
• Strong proficiency in embedded C software development.
• Experience with software version control (Git) and RTOS.
• Demonstrated experience leading a team of software developers.
