Salary: $100k - $500k (base + variable targets)

What you will do

  • Own deal execution operations, including escalation management and keeping critical deals moving.
  • Coordinate across Sales, Legal, Finance, Trade Compliance, and Operations leadership to remove execution blockers.
  • Improve day-to-day commercial execution through scalable processes and operational governance.
  • Support deal logistics and order readiness in a fast-moving B2B sales environment.
  • Partner on cross-functional planning and operating cadence to help Sales Operations scale.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of progressive experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related B2B go-to-market function.
  • Experience managing customer escalations, deal logistics, and order readiness.
  • Comfort reviewing commercial terms at a high level before Legal engagement and partnering with Legal and Finance to keep deals moving.
  • Familiarity with forecast support, compliance coordination, S&OP participation, sales incentive plan reconciliation, and CRM-driven operational rigor.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology; offer may be contingent on citizenship/permanent residency or prior license approval.
