TL;DR
Director, Sales Enablement & Operations (Sales): Leading the strategy, systems, and processes for the House of Rohl sales organization with an accent on sales planning, forecasting, and CRM optimization. Focus on building and shaping the Sales Operations function to support an omni-channel business across the United States and Canada.
Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Deerfield, IL (Hybrid)
Salary: $120,000 - $190,500 USD

What you will do
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop sales strategies, territory design, and quota planning.
- Lead and develop the Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, and Inside Sales teams.
- Own the sales forecasting process, pipeline management, and performance reporting.
- Manage and optimize Salesforce and the broader sales technology ecosystem.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Marketing, and IT to execute strategic initiatives.
- Oversee operational execution of pricing governance, dealer agreements, and contract management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Revenue Operations.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrated expertise in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and commercial analytics.
- Ability to travel up to 50% initially and 25% ongoing.
- Experience partnering with senior commercial leaders to drive sales performance.
Nice to have
- Experience in building materials, wholesale distribution, or manufacturing industries.
- Deep understanding of commercial sales channels including dealers, distributors, and contractors.
- Advanced proficiency with Salesforce or comparable CRM platforms.
