TL;DR

What you will do

  • Run weekly pipeline and forecast cadence with sales leadership, including pipeline governance, coverage targets, and performance tracking.
  • Own territory and account assignment across sales teams, supporting quota setting and capacity planning.
  • Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales velocity; diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement plans.
  • Partner with compensation, systems, and commercial teams to align GTM execution and ensure consistent processes across legacy businesses and channels.
  • Continuously optimize coverage models as the business evolves and support annual planning and forecasting processes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
  • Strong experience with pipeline management and forecasting.
  • Experience partnering with and presenting to senior audiences.
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Salesforce experience required.
