What you will do
- Run weekly pipeline and forecast cadence with sales leadership, including pipeline governance, coverage targets, and performance tracking.
- Own territory and account assignment across sales teams, supporting quota setting and capacity planning.
- Monitor pipeline coverage, win rates, and sales velocity; diagnose performance gaps and drive improvement plans.
- Partner with compensation, systems, and commercial teams to align GTM execution and ensure consistent processes across legacy businesses and channels.
- Continuously optimize coverage models as the business evolves and support annual planning and forecasting processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
- Strong experience with pipeline management and forecasting.
- Experience partnering with and presenting to senior audiences.
- Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
- Salesforce experience required.
