TL;DR

Account Executive, Mid-Market (SaaS): Generating leads and closing deals for faith-based organizations with an accent on account portfolio development and territory management. Focus on conducting in-person church visits, executing product demonstrations, and managing the full sales lifecycle within Salesforce.

Location: Must be based in one of the following US states: AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA

Salary: $131.5k - $160k OTE

What you will do

  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects from initial lead generation to closing deals.
  • Conduct 30-40 in-person visits to churches per month within the assigned territory.
  • Deliver product demonstrations and articulate hirify.global's value proposition to church leaders.
  • Collaborate with internal SDR, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute company initiatives.
  • Maintain accurate sales pipeline and engagement records using Salesforce.
  • Analyze the competitive landscape to effectively position products and win deals.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of successful sales experience.
  • Experience selling technology, preferably SaaS solutions.
  • Based in approved US states (AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, OH, OK, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA).
  • Proven track record in new business development and cold-calling.
  • Ability to manage a complex sales cycle from research to contract negotiation.
  • Proficiency with Mac OSX, Google Platforms, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

  • Working knowledge or experience within the faith sector.
  • Deep understanding of church culture, leadership, and organizational structures.
