What you will do

• Manage customer and supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of contractual commitments.
• Coordinate with EPC partners to develop schedules, budgets, and staffing plans for utility-scale projects.
• Direct project team resources and oversee project execution, including safety, quality, and cost control.
• Facilitate handovers between project stages and manage project closeout documentation.
• Report project progress and issue analysis to executive management and internal stakeholders.
• Manage commercial matters, including invoicing, purchase orders, and contract change approvals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing EPC projects in energy storage, substations, or utility-scale power.
• Must be based in the United States with willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 40%.
• Experience independently overseeing large multi-million-dollar projects.
• Proficiency with project delivery software such as Procore and Primavera.
• Experience with permitting, commissioning, and interconnection of energy systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of specific BESS or PV project experience.
• Experience working in public companies.
• Passion for sustainability and energy infrastructure.
