Salary: From €60,000 gross (Italy) or PLN 170,000 gross (Poland), plus an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver complex technical due diligence projects for energy storage and solar + storage hybrid portfolios.
• Review EPC, PPA, BSA, and O&M contracts to identify technical and commercial risks.
• Validate financial models, assessing CAPEX, OPEX, and performance assumptions to ensure bankability.
• Prepare tailored competitive proposals and act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, and developers.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the improvement of internal due diligence tools and methodologies.
• Integrate engineering, financial, and environmental inputs into high-quality advisory reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in energy storage, ideally within technical advisory, developer, or lender environments.
• Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects and performing financial model reviews.
• Strong understanding of project finance concepts and risk assessment.
• Fluent English (C1) required; local language skills relevant to the application country are expected.
• Ability and willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%).
