Project Manager (Energy Storage)

What you will do

• Lead turn-key EPC battery energy storage projects from contract execution through to successful handover to operations.
• Manage P&L responsibility for projects valued up to $30M+.
• Coordinate engineering designs, project schedules, budgets, and safety/quality plans across multiple projects.
• Oversee contractors and sub-contractors to ensure strict adherence to quality, schedule, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with finance, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve technical issues and close non-conformances.
• Manage relationships with EPC partners, suppliers, and key customers to ensure contract requirements are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, physics, or another technical discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in project or construction management within the power generation market.
• 3+ years of P&L responsibility delivering equipment supply or turn-key projects.
• Valid Project Management certification (e.g., PMI PgMP, IPMA Level B).
• Must be based in Amsterdam or Poland.
• Business level English is required (Native Polish for candidates based in Poland).

Nice to have

• Experience within Energy Storage markets.
• Experience delivering projects to Utility customers in Ireland.
• Knowledge of Polish construction law and experience with local TSOs & DSOs.
