What you will do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for AI/LLM-powered products, including conversational interfaces and generative AI tools.
• Collaborate with AI/ML and Full Stack Engineers to translate complex AI capabilities into user-friendly interactions.
• Develop interaction patterns, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma.
• Define UX strategies for prompt-driven interfaces to improve how users communicate intent and interpret AI outputs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B experimentation to optimize AI interaction flows.
• Establish and maintain a scalable design system supporting rapid iteration of AI-powered features.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience with a portfolio of complex or AI-driven work.
• 2+ years of experience designing for AI, machine learning, or conversational interfaces.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of LLM capabilities and designing for non-deterministic outputs.
• Experience with scalable design systems, component libraries, and design tokens.
• Must be based in or able to work from Fort Lee, New Jersey, USA.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for financial services, banking, or fintech products.
• Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) workflows.
• Background in prompt engineering or prompt UX.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience with motion design and micro-interactions for AI processing states.
