What you will do

• Partner with business stakeholders and product teams to understand user needs and software requirements.
• Design and develop user interfaces for internal tools supporting customer service, sales, and account management.
• Create detailed design artifacts, including workflows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma.
• Analyze software requirements to determine technical feasibility within time and cost constraints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure designs align with business objectives and UX standards.
• Deliver high-quality, production-ready visual designs while maintaining consistency and usability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HCI, UX Design, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software design or product design.
• 5+ years of specialized experience in UX design, UI design, and hands-on Figma use.
• Strong expertise in data-driven UI development and user-centered design principles.
• Portfolio required, demonstrating a strong visual design process and polished output.
• Must be based in the US (indicated by US-specific benefits like 401k and FSA).
