CX/UX Designer (Tax & Accounting)

Location: Hybrid in the United States, with eight office days per month at the closest office in TX, KS, NJ, FL, GA, NY, or IL, within 50 miles.

Salary: $68,900–$118,050 USD annually, plus eligibility for a bonus.

What you will do

• Design user-facing experiences incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation into tax and accounting workflows.
• Create detailed wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to generate actionable design improvements.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and style guides.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to align user needs with business goals.
• Present design concepts and research findings, implement feedback, and support junior team members.

Requirements

• Intermediate experience creating detailed wireframes and user flows.
• Ability to plan and conduct user research and synthesize findings.
• Proficiency in interactive prototyping and usability testing.
• Knowledge of design systems and style guides.
• Strong communication, presentation, collaboration, and iterative design skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
