Salary: $137,800 – $211,600 USD per year

What you will do

• Lead design work at the program level for monetization experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and designers.
• Conduct hands-on research with streamers and viewers to improve services.
• Develop hypotheses based on qualitative and quantitative data to iterate designs.
• Present work in design reviews and feedback sessions for executive leadership.
• Mentor junior designers and instill team-wide best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of UX design experience focusing on content discovery or engagement.
• Strong interaction design and visual craft skills, including mobile prototyping.
• Experience incorporating AI tooling into design workflows.
• Background in streaming, broadcasting software, or creating UGC content.
• Expertise with Figma.
• Must be based in the US (WA, CA).
