What you will do
- Own end-to-end product design for one or more engagement product areas, from problem definition and user journeys to shipped experiences.
- Develop design visions that balance user needs, engagement goals, and business objectives using systems-thinking.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to turn complex challenges into intuitive, scalable solutions and influence roadmap priorities.
- Use AI-powered tools to accelerate ideation, prototyping, and delivery of AI-driven experiences (e.g., personalization, conversational interfaces, adaptive content).
- Create production-ready designs for mobile apps and web platforms, contributing to reusable design system components.
- Run usability testing and iterate using qualitative research, analytics, funnel data, and experimentation results.
Requirements
- Location: based in the United States
- 5+ years of professional product design experience, ideally in consumer-facing technology products.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma, including component-based design systems and prototyping.
- Experience designing native mobile applications (iOS and/or Android) and mobile web experiences.
- Ability to use research, analytics, and experimentation data to guide and communicate design decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain design rationale to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
